It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience. >> About the role The Project Manager in KPMG Indias Digital Government Advisory team will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives for government clients. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with government standards, and driving technology-enabled solutions to improve public service efficiency and citizen experience. >>Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute complex digital transformation projects for government clients. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to government regulations and project governance frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely project delivery. Engage with stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and government authorities. >>Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP). Knowledge of e-Governance frameworks, digital architecture, and public sector processes. Ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects effectively. >>Education: B.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering and MBA from a recognized institute. >>Experience: Minimum 17 years of experience in project management and execution.
