Project Engineer – B.E Civil- Experience 10 years, Location : Bangalore – 18-20 LPA

Seeking Civil engineers for a Luxury Jewellery brand with expertise in retail construction and interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating site quality, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring on-time, cost-effective project delivery for retail outlets

This role demands hands-on experience in project execution, costing, vendor management, and site supervision, with a keen eye for design and detailing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
    • Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Assess site readiness, design feasibility, and overall project quality.
  • Costing & Estimation:
    • Prepare detailed cost estimates for interiors, exteriors, and civil works (e.g., gypsum ceiling, woodwork, lighting, flooring, etc.).
    • Benchmark and track cost per square foot for various work components.
    • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage cost optimization.
  • Execution & Supervision:
    • Oversee on-site construction and interior works to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and design standards.
    • Verify quantities, check measurements, and certify contractor bills.
    • Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
    • Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are met.
    • Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project handover.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of retail fit-out, interiors, and civil construction.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and bill verification.
  • Good understanding of project management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
