Job Overview

This is an entry-level position perfect for freshers who want to jump start their career in IT Project Management. You will be responsible for managing projects right from their initiation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Role Type: Contractual (Initial 6 Months, renewable based on business needs and performance)
  • Work Location: Remote / Work from Home (Initial 6 months, must be ready to relocate
  • Shift Timings: Night Shift (US New Jersey Time Zone – 9 hours/day)
  • Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Coordination: Assist in managing IT and software project from the initial kick-off to final delivery and resolving post-delivery issues.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients; handle inquiries, provide software updates, and build strong professional relationships.
  • Application Support & Issue Resolution: Learn our application workflows, identify user/system issues when they arise, and work with the technical team to resolve them promptly.
  • Task Tracking: Maintain project documentation, track timelines, and ensure team deliverables are met on time.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Fresher comprehensive Knowledge Transfer (KT) and training on the project and application will be provided).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (essential for dealing with international customers).
  • Technical Literacy: Good understanding of computer basics, general software applications, and internet tools.
  • Infrastructure: Must own a reliable laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection for remote work.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working a fixed 9-hour night shift aligned with the US New Jersey time zone.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work from home initially for 6 months, with readiness to relocate based on company requirements thereafter.
