Program Manager - Seller Fees and Incentives
Type Full-time Role Context The Program Manager will serve as a central point of ownership for seller fees promotions and incentive programs across Amazon s MENATR marketplaces The role connects monetization strategy with day-to-day program execution ensuring that initiatives are launched accurately controlled effectively and measured against defined commercial objectives This position has direct influence on seller participation marketplace economics and promotional efficiency Through detailed analysis strong controllership and coordinated execution the Program Manager will help Amazon refine incentives that support seller growth while maintaining sustainable business performance Key ResponsibilitiesManage execution of seller fee promotion and incentive programs across the UAE Saudi Arabia Egypt and Turkiye Work with Product Managers Program Managers and business teams to implement regional monetization strategies Coordinate with local and worldwide stakeholders to launch new seller initiatives according to agreed timelines Maintain strong controllership over promotional and incentive programs ensuring accurate setup and execution Monitor program performance and identify deviations risks or opportunities requiring corrective action Conduct detailed analytical reviews of seller incentives fees adoption and commercial outcomes Build structured reporting that enables business teams to understand program performance Develop SQL capability to create queries supporting seller incentive analysis and monitoring Build and maintain dashboards that track promotional effectiveness and key performance indicators Use Microsoft Excel to manipulate large datasets perform calculations and support business decisions Apply macros lookups arrays conditional formulas pivot tables and other advanced spreadsheet functionality Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and resolve issues affecting program launches Balance multiple regional workstreams while maintaining accuracy and delivery discipline Translate complex data findings into practical recommendations for business and program leaders Support financial and operational reporting related to marketplace fees and seller programs Prepare documentation explaining program structure workflows controls and implementation requirements Use tools such as Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio to communicate program designs and operational processes Improve existing program processes to strengthen scalability reporting accuracy and execution efficiency Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.Experience in program or project management.Strong analytical capability with experience using data to support business decisions.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, arrays, macros, and complex formulas.Experience building financial or operational reports and datasets.Ability to investigate large datasets and identify meaningful patterns, exceptions, and performance drivers.Willingness and ability to develop strong SQL proficiency.Comfortable working across multiple countries, business teams, and stakeholder groups.Strong attention to detail when managing financially sensitive programs.Experience in stakeholder and communication management is preferred.Able to handle several projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.Experience preparing technical or process documentation is advantageous.Clear written and verbal communication skills when presenting analytical findings or program updates.Skills SetProgram managementSeller fee managementSeller incentivesMarketplace promotionsMonetization strategyProgram controllershipRegional program executionData analysisSQLDashboard developmentMicrosoft ExcelExcel macrosPivot tablesLookupsArraysComplex formulasOperational reportingFinancial reportingPerformance trackingSeller performance analysisStakeholder managementCross-functional coordinationBusiness analysisProgram launch managementProcess improvementMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft WordMicrosoft VisioTechnical documentationMarketplace operations
