div b Role Context b Amazon Rush is designed around fast dependable last-mile execution The ACES Program Manager III will improve how transportation operations balance customer experience delivery associate experience and financial performance while supporting network-speed and DEX initiatives The role requires detailed knowledge of station processes UTR OTR and routing technologies By combining floor-level observations with large-scale data analysis the program manager will identify practical improvements and build mechanisms that can be repeated across the UAE delivery network Key Responsibilities The program manager will own important cost and productivity initiatives from initial analysis through pilot evaluation expansion and long-term performance monitoring Own the SPD SPR and utilization improvement roadmap Lead programs designed to reduce delivery cost per unit Develop and implement routing-efficiency initiatives Manage labor-planning assumptions and demand-shaping programs Conduct time and motion studies within last-mile delivery stations Analyze pilot results and build recommendations for wider deployment Evaluate the operational and financial impact of proposed changes Support network-speed and DEX improvement projects Monitor safety quality productivity and delivery associate experience Identify improvement opportunities within UTR OTR and routing processes Influence DEX Finance Technology and Operations stakeholders Work with Finance business partners on OP1 QxG and 3YF planning assumptions Build scalable mechanisms such as WBRs dashboards and performance reviews Own program strategy implementation and end-to-end delivery Prepare six-page narratives and decision documents for senior stakeholders Communicate progress risks and results across all organizational levels Balance customer-experience improvements against financial impact Convert complex operational problems into simple practical solutions Ideal Profile The successful candidate will enjoy working both with operational data and directly on the delivery-station floor They should be comfortable creating programs when information is incomplete challenging assumptions and sustaining urgency across several stakeholder groups Bachelor s degree At least 5 years of program or project management experience Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements Experience presenting program results to senior leadership Strong judgment in balancing service outcomes with financial priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead cross-functional projects without direct reporting authority At least 2 years of process-improvement experience is preferred Master s degree or MBA is advantageous Relevant postgraduate study may include business operations human resources adult education organizational development or instructional design Ability to perform effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous conditions Skills Set Last-mile delivery operations Program strategy Cost-per-unit optimization Routing efficiency Labor planning Demand shaping Time and motion studies UTR and OTR processes Operational data analysis Pilot and expansion evaluation Financial impact assessment WBR development Dashboard creation Network-speed improvement Cross-functional leadership Six-page narrative writing div div div
