DESCRIPTION Are you ready to shape the future of quick commerce pricing strategy? Amazon Flex is seeking a Program Manager to become the pricing subject matter expert for our ultra-competitive Quick Commerce business. Key job responsibilities - Design and implement comprehensive benchmarking mechanisms to track competitor pricing strategies in real-time, enabling data-driven decision making for Amazon Flex's quick commerce offerings - Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment across operations, finance, and partner teams to develop pricing modules that balance competitive positioning with delivery partner engagement and satisfaction - Manage the lifecycle of complex pricing programs, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and proactively mitigating risks before they impact business outcomes - Drive process improvements by streamlining pricing evaluation workflows, establishing scalable frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives across geographies - Partner with engineering and analytics teams to build automated pricing solutions, making smart trade-offs between speed, accuracy, and long-term scalability while maintaining program alignment with business goals A day in the life Your day revolves around deep analysis and strategic decision-making.
