years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, AI Platforms, Data Platforms, API Products, Developer Tools, or Product-based companies.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience owning a Data Product, API Product, AI Product, or SaaS Platform.</li><li>Proven experience launching a product from 0→1, including product discovery, customer validation, roadmap planning, pricing, launch, and post-launch optimization.</li><li>Strong expertise in Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Product Roadmaps, Product Lifecycle Management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Experience defining and managing product backlogs, sprint planning, release planning, and cross-functional product delivery.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SQL, REST APIs, Product Analytics, and tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.</li><li>Experience defining pricing, packaging, subscription, usage-based, or API monetization models for B2B SaaS products.</li><li>Strong understanding of customer discovery, user research, product-market fit (PMF), and customer journey mapping.</li><li>Experience collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to build and launch scalable products.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong written communication skills with experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Release Notes, and Product Documentation.</li><li>Experience working with global teams across India, the US, LATAM, and Europe.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, commercial thinking, and data-driven decision-making.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for AIMLEAP's Pricing Intelligence Platform and Data API Platform.</li><li>Support the roadmap and product evolution of Risk Monitoring, Data Extraction, and AI Development products.</li><li>Define product goals, North Star Metrics, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Conduct continuous customer discovery through interviews, customer feedback, product analytics, support tickets, and market research.</li><li>Convert customer insights into prioritized product roadmaps and outcome-driven backlogs.</li><li>Identify opportunities to transform AIMLEAP's service offerings into scalable SaaS products.</li><li>Define pricing strategies, product packaging, commercial models, and go-to-market recommendations.</li><li>Prepare detailed PRDs, User Stories, Functional Specifications, Acceptance Criteria, Wireframes, and Product Documentation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Engineering teams during sprint planning, backlog grooming, product development, testing, and releases.</li><li>Monitor product KPIs including Product Adoption, Activation, Retention, API Usage, API Latency, Data Freshness, Scraping Success Rate, Customer Satisfaction (NPS), and Feature Adoption.</li><li>Build dashboards and reports using Product Analytics and BI tools to measure product performance.</li><li>Partner with Engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, APIs, scalability, architecture, and implementation trade-offs.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Partnerships teams to define ICPs, positioning, messaging, pricing tiers, and product launches.</li><li>Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure products comply with GDPR, Ethical Data Practices, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and CMMI Level 3 standards.</li><li>Establish Product Management best practices including product discovery frameworks, roadmap reviews, governance processes, customer feedback loops, and documentation standards.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging SaaS, AI, Data Platform, API, and Product Management trends to continuously improve AIMLEAP's product portfolio.</li><li>Mentor cross-functional teams by promoting customer-centric thinking, product excellence, and data-driven decision-making.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 Institute (Mandatory).</li><li>3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, AI Platforms, API Products, Data Platforms, or Developer Tools.</li><li>Proven experience building and launching products from concept to commercialization.</li><li>Strong understanding of Product Strategy, Product Lifecycle, Agile Delivery, Product Analytics, and Customer Discovery.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SQL, Product Analytics platforms, REST APIs, and SaaS product architecture.</li><li>Experience working closely with Engineering teams on product development, feature releases, and platform enhancements.</li><li>Strong understanding of subscription-based, usage-based, or API-based pricing models.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Prior experience in Web Scraping, Data Extraction, Alternative Data, Pricing Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Product-Led Growth (PLG), or Services-to-Product transformation will be an added advantage.</li><li>Experience working in a Startup, Small, or Mid-sized organization with a fast-paced, high-ownership culture will be highly preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
