## About the Company GoodSpace.ai is seeking a Product Growth Lead to drive the success of our job-seeker products. ## About the Role As a Product Growth Lead, you will be responsible for the entire journey of our job-seeker products, from product development to go-to-market strategy, funnel optimization, conversion, and revenue generation. This role is a blend of product management, growth strategy, and revenue optimization. ## Key Responsibilities - Own the product journey for job-seeker products - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies - Optimize the product funnel for maximum conversion - Drive revenue growth through various channels - Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as signups, profile completion, free-to-paid conversion, revenue, CAC, ARPU, retention, landing page conversion, and WhatsApp/email conversion ## Requirements - Experience in Edtech, career platforms, job portals, consumer subscriptions, HRTech, marketplace growth, or resume/interview prep products - Strong understanding of KPIs and metrics - Proven track record in driving growth and revenue ## Preferred Qualifications - Background in Edtech, career platforms, job portals, consumer subscriptions, HRTech, marketplace growth, or resume/interview prep products ## Location & Work Mode - Work location: Noida / Delhi NCR - Work mode: Onsite
