Product Advisor, AP Automation

Yooz is seeking a dynamic Product Advisor to bring our AP automation platform to life through demos, webinars, and events. Ideal for someone with CFO or Controller experience, this part-time contractor role blends financial expertise with pre-sales impact—helping prospects see Yooz from the customer's perspective. What You'll Do • Serve as a highly visible pre-sales champion bridging marketing, sales, and product enablement to represent Yooz's voice of expertise across partner and customer ecosystems • Lead product demonstrations, webinars, and Yooz University training sessions to showcase AP automation and drive adoption • Support sales teams by responding to technical questions, maintaining demo environments, and serving as a SME on customer-facing calls • Train and certify partner teams and internal staff (Sales, SDR, Marketing, CSM) to build product credibility and knowledge • Speak at industry events, trade shows, and partner workshops to position Yooz as the leader in AP automation • Create video capsules, sales scripts, and LinkedIn content to amplify Yooz's value proposition • Partner with sales, marketing, and product leadership to align activities, coordinate messaging, and respond to marketing requests • Travel to key partner events and offices across the US to deliver training and build stakeholder relationships Requirements • 10+ years in leadership level financial roles with hands-on experience in AP automation and purchase-to-pay processes; ideally with prior experience evaluating, implementing, or using similar cloud-based platforms • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills—comfortable leading technical conversations with C-suite finance leaders, conducting demos, and speaking at events • Strong ability to translate complex financial operations challenges into compelling customer narratives and speak authentically from the buyer's perspective • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating sales scripts, video content, and marketing materials • Willingness to travel for partner events, workshops, and trade shows • Player-coach mentality—equally comfortable providing strategic pre-sales support, executing demos, coaching teams, and continuously learning new product capabilities Benefits • Location: Dallas, TX - Remote • Work Schedule: Part-time/Contract Basis Sponsorship not available.
