Procurement Analyst – Talent Procurement

Summary Position Summary Associate, Procurement and Category Management Deloitte is seeking a motivated and high-performing Procurement Analyst to join the Talent Procurement team in India. This role will serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, supporting procurement needs across Talent, with exposure to broader CoRe Procurement categories as needed.

The Analyst will help drive efficient, insight-led procurement by supporting sourcing activities, supplier and contract management, reporting, and market research. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, commercially aware, and comfortable working with stakeholders and suppliers in a fast-paced, global environment.

Work you'll do As an Associate, Procurement and Category Management on the Talent Procurement team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting sourcing activities across Talent Procurement and adjacent procurement categories, including RFx development, supplier coordination, and evaluation
  • Conducting market research, supplier assessments, and due diligence to inform sourcing and category decisions
  • Supporting contract renewals, vendor management, and supplier relationship management across the sourcing-to-contract lifecycle
  • Tracking spend, savings, supplier performance, contract compliance, and usage trends through reporting and analytics
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues, support procurement initiatives, and manage work across a global virtual team
The team The Talent Procurement team supports sourcing and supplier management activities that help enable Deloitte’s talent priorities. The team works with internal stakeholders across areas such as talent acquisition, contingent labor, benefits, and learning and development, while also partnering across broader procurement categories when needed. This team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to support both regional and global initiatives. Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or Mathematics
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, contracts administration, or procurement operations
  • Experience supporting at least one of the following: sourcing, supplier management, contracting, or procurement operations
  • Experience conducting reporting, spend analysis, market research, or supplier analysis
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience in a professional services environment or shared services environment
  • Exposure to global procurement processes or virtual team environments
  • Experience with Ariba Sourcing
  • Exposure to continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma or value stream mapping
