About the role
Cognizant is looking for a Presales and Bid Manager to drive winning pursuits across our Data, Analytics, and AI business. In this role you will shape compelling client-facing proposals, orchestrate pursuit activities end to end, and partner with sales, delivery, and solution teams to bring our best thinking to every opportunity. In this role you will
Support opportunity qualification, account intelligence, and client research activities to strengthen every pursuit.
Develop proposal content, presentations, response documents, and sales collateral that clearly articulate value.
Coordinate pursuit activities, reviews, governance checkpoints, and submission timelines across stakeholders.
Collaborate with solution teams to build compelling Data, Analytics, and AI value propositions.
Track opportunity progress, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in India. What you need to have to be considered
Experience in pre-sales, business development support, bid management, or proposal management.
An MBA degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling client-facing content.
Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, presentations, capability decks, and client research activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
These will help you stand out
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, delivery, and solution teams and manage pursuit processes in a structured manner.
Familiarity with Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI concepts and solution narratives.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools, with exposure to proposal management and CRM platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
