Premium & Global Communication Manager

About the Role Are you a strategic storyteller and brand builder? We are looking for a dynamic Premium & Global Communication Manager to lead our consumer-facing communication strategies. In this role, you will be pivotal in building brand equity, driving consumer engagement, and shaping the global narrative for our premium portfolio.

You will own the communication lifecycle—from product launches to experiential marketing—ensuring a consistent, compelling, and impactful presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities - Brand Strategy: Develop and execute integrated communication strategies that align with business objectives and elevate our brand positioning across premium and global markets.

  • Launch Excellence: Lead the end-to-end communication planning for new product and brand campaigns, integrating earned, owned, shared, and paid channels for maximum impact.
  • Media & Influencer Relations: Build and maintain high-impact relationships with lifestyle, consumer, automotive, and digital media. Drive proactive engagement, feature placements, and experiential media events.
  • Agency Management: Oversee PR, creative, and influencer agencies, ensuring high-quality execution, budget adherence, and measurable performance.
  • Data & Insights: Track campaign effectiveness using reach, engagement, and share-of-voice metrics. Use these insights to optimize future strategies and benchmark against industry trends.

What You

Bring - Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration.

  • Experience: 10+ years in brand communications, consumer PR, or integrated marketing.

Experience in a leading B2C organization, specifically within the automotive sector, is highly preferred.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex business and technology narratives into clear, impactful communication for diverse audiences.
  • Core Competencies: Expert-level skills in brand storytelling, media/influencer relations, integrated campaign management, and digital/social media strategy.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, creative thinking, and strong project management capabilities.
