Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart for our private label brands. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience launching new products on Amazon and driving sales growth through data-driven PPC strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns for Amazon Private Label (PL) brands, including new product launches
  • Build and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Drive sales growth while improving ACoS and reducing wasted ad spend
  • Conduct regular PPC audits to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
  • Use AI tools and automation to streamline campaign management (bid adjustments, dayparting, search term harvesting, etc.)
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using PPC tools such as Adtomic
  • Manage and optimize PPC/advertising campaigns on eBay and Walmart in addition to Amazon
  • Analyze search term reports, keyword performance, and placement data to refine targeting
  • Collaborate with the listing/content team to align PPC strategy with product positioning
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to management
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience managing PPC for Amazon Private Label brands
  • Proven track record of launching products on Amazon and scaling them through PPC
  • Strong knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Deep understanding of ACoS, TACoS, wasted spend reduction, and bid optimization strategies
  • Experience with PPC tools such as Adtomic (or similar, e.g., Helium 10, Perpetua)
  • Familiarity with using AI tools/automation for campaign management
  • Experience with eBay and Walmart advertising/PPC campaigns
  • Ability to perform detailed PPC audits and translate findings into action plans

Preferred
  • Experience with industrial, lighting, or B2B product categories
