We build and operate compressed biogas plants, solar power and battery energy storage projects, food parks, and municipal and plastic waste solutions. Our flagship project integrates a 15 TPD CBG plant with a dairy farm and a tomato processing unit in Chatra, Jharkhand. Key responsibilities Plant operations Run feedstock receiving, pre-treatment, anaerobic digestion, gas purification, compression and bottling/cascade filling. Monitor digester parameters daily: temperature, pH, VFA/alkalinity ratio, organic loading rate, HRT and gas yield. Manage feedstock mix (cattle dung, press mud, agri-residue, food/tomato waste, MSW organics) to keep gas output stable. Operate and optimise the upgrading system (VPSA, membrane or water scrubbing) to meet BIS IS 16087 CBG quality. Supervise the solid and liquid digestate line, including FOM/LFOM production and dewatering. Maintenance and reliability Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for pumps, agitators, blowers, compressors, separators, H2S scrubbers and flare. Keep spares inventory, maintenance logs and equipment history up to date. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for service, AMC and troubleshooting. Safety, compliance and quality Enforce safety procedures for gas handling, confined-space entry, hot work and high-pressure systems; run permit-to-work. Ensure compliance with PESO, Pollution Control Board (CTE/CTO), factory and fire safety norms. Conduct gas quality tests and maintain calibration of analysers and flow meters. Reporting and team leadership Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on feedstock, gas production, CBG sales, energy use and downtime. Track KPIs and recommend process improvements to raise yield and cut operating cost. Lead and train shift operators, technicians and helpers; prepare shift rosters. Support commissioning, trial runs and performance guarantee tests for new units. Coordinate with the dairy farm and food processing units on feedstock supply and digestate use. Qualifications and experience Essential B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Biotechnology Engineering. 3–7 years in operation and maintenance of a biogas, CBG, bio-CNG, distillery effluent or wastewater treatment plant. Hands-on experience with anaerobic digesters and gas upgrading/compression systems. Working knowledge of PESO, CPCB/SPCB and industrial safety requirements. Preferred Experience in a SATAT-scheme CBG plant or with an OMC offtake agreement. Exposure to plant commissioning and PLC/SCADA-based operations. Diploma holders with 6+ years of relevant plant experience may also apply. Willingness to live near the site in rural Jharkhand; knowledge of Hindi is required.
