Blinkit is hiring Pickers and Packers for its dark stores to prepare customer orders quickly and accurately. If you are quick on your feet and pay attention to detail, this is a great first step into the fast-growing quick-commerce industry.

About the role

A dark store is a small local warehouse that powers Blinkit's minutes-fast deliveries. Pickers and packers are the heart of that store: every order a customer places is picked, checked and packed by you before a delivery partner carries it out. Accuracy and speed matter equally, because the right items packed well are what turn first-time buyers into repeat customers. It is steady, hands-on work in a friendly team environment.

What you will do

  • Pick the correct items for each customer order from the store shelves
  • Pack products safely so nothing is damaged, leaked or missing
  • Prepare each order within the target time so deliveries stay fast
  • Keep shelves stocked, labelled and easy to pick from
  • Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic store area
  • Report damaged, expired or low-stock items to the supervisor

Who can apply

  • 10th pass; freshers are welcome to apply
  • Physically fit and able to stand and move through the shift
  • Good attention to detail and a sense of speed
  • Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends
  • Team player with a positive attitude

What Blinkit offers

  • Fixed monthly salary with performance incentives
  • Full training with no prior experience needed
  • A clear path to grow into senior store and supervisor roles
  • Employee insurance and staff benefits
  • A friendly, fast-paced work environment
