Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from injury, illness, surgery, and physical impairments. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

This role offers structured mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive clinical environment focused on professional growth and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Establish measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation programs.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
  • Address pain management and functional mobility concerns.
  • Reassess patients regularly and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Determine appropriate discharge plans and provide follow-up recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
  • Supervise support staff and therapy aides as appropriate.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and continuing education programs.
  • Contribute to clinic policies, procedures, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

QualificationsRequired

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure.
  • Minimum one (1) year of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and patient education skills.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
  • English language proficiency.

Preferred

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic, rehabilitation, or acute care settings.
  • Interest in professional development and evidence-based practice.
