Role Description The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tharthari, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics.

The assistant will prepare meeting agendas, draft and proofread correspondence, maintain records, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The role also includes organizing events, following up on action items, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and protecting confidential information. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to prioritize tasks, streamline communication, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support high-level leadership.
  • Candidates should possess Personal Assistance and Diary Management skills to manage schedules, appointments, and daily priorities effectively.
  • Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills to handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and basic office operations accurately.
