Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Part-Time) who can manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram, and help us drive measurable growth for our clients.

What You’ll Do

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).

Suggest creative improvements for ad copies and visuals.

Manage campaign budgets and optimize for best ROI.

Coordinate with the creative and strategy team.

What We’re Looking For

6+ months of hands-on experience in running digital ad campaigns.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Dashboard.

Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.

Eager to work part-time (3–4 hrs/day) and grow with the company.

Passion for digital marketing, creativity, and innovation.
