Department: Human Resources<br><br>Function: People management, HR operations & employee engagement<br><br>Location: Gurgaon<br><br>Employment type: Full-time<br><br>We are looking for a people management & HR professional who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, employee relations, and people processes. The role requires someone who is approachable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with employees and managers across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a people partner- ensuring smooth HR operations while creating a positive, engaging, and productive employee experience.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> HR operations:</li><li> Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.</li><li> Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.</li><li> Manage attendance, leave, shift, and employee-related queries.</li><li> Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed effectively.</li><li> Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.</li><li> Employee engagement:</li><li> Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, events, and team-building initiatives.</li><li> Develop creative initiatives to improve employee participation, motivation, and workplace culture.</li><li> Conduct employee engagement surveys and gather feedback.</li><li> Track participation and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.</li><li> Support recognition programs such as MVP of the month, awards, and appreciation initiatives.</li><li> People management & employee relations:</li><li> Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related concerns and queries.</li><li> Build strong relationships with employees across teams and levels.</li><li> Address employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.</li><li> Conduct regular employee connect sessions and identify people-related issues proactively.</li><li> Support managers/RMs in handling employee-related matters.</li><li> Assist in disciplinary processes, performance-related concerns, and conflict resolution.</li><li> Maintain a positive and respectful workplace environment.</li><li> Employee lifecycle management:</li><li> Coordinate smooth onboarding and ensure new employees have a positive joining experience.</li><li> Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.</li><li> Track probation/confirmation timelines.</li><li> Conduct exit interviews and identify trends in employee attrition.</li><li> Coordinate full-and-final settlement and exit documentation with relevant teams.</li><li> Maintain accurate employee lifecycle records.</li><li> HR process improvement:</li><li> Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend improvements.</li><li> Drive HR automation and process digitization wherever possible.</li><li> Create and maintain HR SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and reports.</li><li> Monitor HR metrics such as attendance, attrition, engagement, hiring, and employee movement.</li><li> Ensure HR processes are consistent, timely, and employee-friendly.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<br><br></strong><ul><li> Accuracy and timely completion of HR operations.</li><li> Employee engagement and participation levels.</li><li> Employee query/grievance resolution turnaround time.</li><li> Onboarding and exit process effectiveness.</li><li> Attendance and employee data accuracy.</li><li> Employee retention and attrition trends.</li><li> Timely completion of HR documentation and compliance activities.</li><li> Successful execution of engagement initiatives.</li><li> HR process automation and improvement initiatives.</li><li> Employee satisfaction and overall workplace experience.<br><br></li></ul>About Company: Set up in 2016, Moretasks had 10 employees, and now we are a family of above 200.
