About This Role Fresher Hub is hiring Part-Time Retail Sales Associates for weekend shifts at fashion, electronics, and lifestyle stores across Delhi. The role is designed for college students who are free on Saturdays and Sundays and want to earn without affecting their weekday schedule. You will assist customers on the shop floor, help with product queries, and support billing during peak weekend hours. Role Context Retail stores in Delhi see their highest footfall on weekends — particularly Saturday afternoons and Sundays. You will work an 8-hour shift on each day, covering the peak customer window from 11 AM to 7 PM. Store managers assign floor positions at the start of each shift — typically between the entrance area, a specific product section, or the trial room or billing counter.
