What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities

  • Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
  • Report wrong addresses, delays, or damaged orders through the app immediately
  • Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
  • Return undeliverable meals as per the app's instructions
  • Follow safety guidelines shared during onboarding on every shift
  • Stay near busy restaurants between orders to reduce waiting time
  • Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the food
  • Secure the order in the delivery bag before riding

Eligibility Criteria

  • Aadhaar card
  • Android smartphone with an active internet connection
  • Address proof
  • Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
  • Age 18 or above
  • Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
