Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job ID: 26-26252</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay Range: CAD$125000 - CAD$150000/annum. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically focusing on Payroll modules and its upstream and downstream touchpoints such as Absence, OTL and GL for Canadian clients.</li><li>Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of Canadian Payroll, Pension processes.</li><li>Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll particularly within the Canadian Public sector.</li><li>Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care</li><li>Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.</li><li>Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests</li><li>Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll, , Absence, and other relevant modules</li><li>Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Requirements and Technology Experience:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Must have skills: - Oracle HCM, Payroll, Financial</strong></li><li>Candidate must be located within commuting distance of <strong>Mississauga, Ontario</strong> or be willing to relocate to the area and need to travel to Toronto for key milestones. This position may require travel.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.</li><li>At least 7 years of Information Technology experience</li><li>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Client is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.</li><li>Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll modules for Canadian</li><li>Candidate should be proficient in all the Canadian Payroll, Pension Processes along with upstream and downstream touchpoints</li><li>Hands-on experience in working on Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud for Canadian Public sector clients</li><li>Handson experience on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams</li><li>Ability to lead discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll, Absence and OTL modules</li><li>Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle</li><li>Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log</li><li>Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.</li><li>Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.</li><li>Should have excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members</li><li>Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies</li><li>Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
