Lead the implementation and management of the Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits module for clients. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM to provide effective solutions for clients' human capital management processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits module with other systems. Train and mentor team members on the use and functionality of the Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits module. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud HCM and apply them to enhance clients' processes and systems. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure the smooth functioning and optimization of the Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits module. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to budget and quality standards. Provide support and assistance to clients in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits module. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits module and suggest improvements or enhancements as needed. Maintain documentation and reports related to the implementation and management of the Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits module. Communicate updates and progress to clients and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
