Job Summary

Rukn Al Anaqah is looking for a motivated, well-organized, and professional female Operations & Sales Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our ladies fashion and tailoring business in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, confident in sales, and able to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English.

We are looking for someone who is mature, responsible, presentable, and comfortable dealing professionally with female customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure the shop is organized and ready for customers.

Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

Promote products and actively contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and social media inquiries.

Manage customer orders and ensure accurate order details.

Coordinate with the tailoring team and monitor order completion and delivery dates.

Manage POS transactions and ensure all sales are correctly recorded.

Monitor inventory, product availability, barcodes, sizes, and stock levels.

Follow up on WooCommerce online orders.

Prepare products and stock for exhibitions and events.

Follow up with previous customers and potential customers to generate repeat sales.

Prepare weekly reports covering sales, customer orders, inventory, pending orders, and operational issues.

Support management in improving customer experience and business operations.

Requirements

Female candidate

Fluent in Arabic and English

Professional, mature, responsible, and presentable.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Previous experience in Retail, Sales, Fashion, Boutique Operations, Customer Service, or Store Operations is preferred.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and business applications.

Experience with POS systems, WooCommerce, inventory management, Excel, or Google Sheets is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Comfortable working in a ladies fashion and tailoring environment.

Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.

Compensation

Basic Salary: AED 1,300 per month

Sales commission

Monthly performance incentives based on achieving sales targets

Performance review after the initial 3-month period

Total monthly income can increase based on sales performance.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be evaluated based on:

Monthly sales performance

Customer follow-up

Accuracy of POS transactions

Inventory accuracy

On-time delivery of customer orders

Overall organization and daily store operations
