About the internship:

As an Operations intern at Two Cents, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology such as Elevenlabs (GenAI) and ChatGPT to streamline our operations and enhance our customer experience. Your role will also involve email management, effective communication, collaboration with team members, and utilizing MS-Word for documentation. Your proficiency in written and spoken English is crucial for this role.

1. Assist in implementing and optimizing Elevenlabs (GenAI) technology to improve operational efficiency.
2. Utilize ChatGPT to enhance customer communication and support services.
3. Manage and organize incoming emails to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate operational tasks.
5. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.
6. Utilize MS-Word for creating and updating documentation related to operations.
7. Demonstrate strong written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with team members and external partners.
