This role oversees integrated facility management (IFM) services including housekeeping, security, food services (F&B), employee transport, workplace experience, and EHS compliance, along with technical infrastructure management.The incumbent will drive operational excellence, vendor management, cost optimization, compliance, and employee experience, ensuring seamless site operations aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities1. Site Operations ManagementLead and manage overall facility operations for the manufacturing site.Ensure uninterrupted day-to-day operations of all IFM services.Develop and implement SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs for service delivery.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.2. Integrated Facility Management (IFM)Oversee and manage multiple service lines:Housekeeping: Hygiene standards, audits, waste management.Security: Site access control, surveillance systems, risk mitigation.F&B / Cafeteria: Vendor management, food quality, hygiene compliance.Employee Transport: Fleet operations, route planning, safety compliance.Workplace Experience: Employee engagement, workplace services.3. Technical & Engineering ManagementManage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and utilities.Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives.Lead technical upgrades, repairs, and infrastructure projects.4. EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.Drive a zero-incident safety culture across the site.Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety drills.Lead initiatives related to environmental sustainability & compliance.5. Vendor & Contract ManagementManage service partners across all facility domains.Define SLAs, track performance, and conduct periodic reviews.Drive cost optimization and contract negotiations.Ensure service quality and compliance with contractual obligations.6. Financial & Budget ManagementPrepare and manage annual budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).Monitor expenses and drive cost-saving initiatives.Ensure financial discipline and reporting accuracy.7. Stakeholder & Team ManagementLead and mentor a multi-functional operations team.Collaborate with plant leadership, HR, admin, and business teams.Act as a single point of contact for all facility-related matters.Drive a customer-centric approach to employee experience.8. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to local laws, regulatory requirements, and audits.Maintain documentation for statutory compliance (fire, labor, safety, etc.).Support internal and external audit requirements.9.
