Not Hiring any candidates who stays out of Bangalore ( Face to Face) Interview A Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) is responsible for assisting customers over phone calls and ensuring their issues are resolved professionally.

Typical job responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
  • Answer customer questions about products or services.
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility:
  • Any graduate (freshers are usually eligible).
  • Good communication skills in English; many roles also require Hindi or another regional language.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
A Non-Voice Process Executive handles customer support and back-office work through email, live chat, ticketing systems, or data processing instead of phone calls.
