Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students of various ages and academic levels.
  • Develop personalized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Support students with homework, test preparation, and skill development.
  • Utilize online teaching tools, platforms, and educational resources effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students.
  • Stay updated on curriculum changes, educational trends, and teaching best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, a relevant subject area, or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom tools.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Experience

  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
