Job Summary

Appen, a global leader in AI training data and human-annotated datasets, is seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated Online Research Evaluators to join our remote workforce. In this role, you will assess, analyze, and improve the relevance and quality of online content by providing insights based on user intent and behavior. This position allows you to work flexibly from home while contributing to cutting-edge AI and search engine optimization projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online research to evaluate the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content across websites, search results, and social media platforms.
  • Provide detailed feedback on search results, advertisements, and other online content to enhance search engine algorithms and AI performance.
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in digital content to support data-driven insights.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and research findings according to project guidelines.
  • Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with global teams to improve processes and share knowledge about emerging trends in online content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using web browsers, productivity software, and online evaluation tools.

Experience
