About Us Core Minds Academy is a growing online learning academy providing 1:1 tutoring to students aged 8–15 in the US, Canada, and the Middle East. We specialise in English and coding, delivering structured, personalised sessions over Zoom. We handle all student sourcing, scheduling, and curriculum, so our teachers can focus entirely on teaching. Role Overview We are hiring an Online English Tutor for our night shift to serve our US and Canada-based students during their evening hours. This is a work-from-home, part-time role with the potential to grow your class count as our student base expands. Shift: 12am – 8am IST (US evening hours) Format: 1:1 sessions over Zoom Duration: 55 minutes per class Pay: ₹400 per class Eligibility - Bachelor's degree in English, Education, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field (B.Ed preferred) - Robust spoken and written English , clear, neutral accent essential as students are US and Canada based - 3+ years of experience in teaching or tutoring children online aged 8–15 - Willingness and ability to work the night shift: 12am – 8am IST consistently - Reliable high-speed internet connection with no frequent disruptions - A quiet, clean, professional background for Zoom sessions - Working laptop/desktop with camera and headset - Comfortable with Zoom, Google Classroom, and basic digital tools - Patient, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with young learners Responsibilities - Conduct 1:1 English sessions over Zoom covering reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension - Follow the structured lesson plans and curriculum provided by Core Minds Academy - Maintain a session log after every class , topics covered, student progress, homework assigned - Give constructive written feedback on student work and homework - Communicate with parents in a professional and friendly manner when required - Flag any student concerns (attendance, progress, behaviour) to the academic coordinator promptly - Atte
