Online English Teacher - Phonics, Grammar & Public Speaking
Tiny Steps Learning is recruiting India-based remote Online English Teachers to teach children aged 3–12 in live 1:1 classes. Teachers may be assigned Phonics, Grammar, Public Speaking or Spoken English lessons using structured Tiny Steps curriculum and teaching materials. Responsibilities include conducting engaging live 1:1 English classes, using Tiny Steps lesson materials, maintaining clear pronunciation and age-appropriate communication, following classroom presentation standards, sharing lesson audio and digital materials correctly, recording concise class progress, and maintaining full attention throughout each 35-minute class. Requirements include strong spoken and written English, clear pronunciation, confident communication, relevant child-teaching experience, a laptop or desktop with camera and microphone, reliable broadband, a quiet teaching space, comfort with Microsoft Teams and screen sharing, consistent availability, punctuality, and willingness to follow Tiny Steps teaching and child-safety standards. Graduation is preferred and experience teaching English, phonics, grammar, communication or public speaking is an advantage. Applications are open to teachers based in India through 31 December 2026. Around 3–4 teaching hours per day is preferred. Regular classes scheduled from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST are paid at ₹175 per completed 35-minute class. Classes before 9:00 AM IST or after 9:00 PM IST are paid at ₹200 per completed 35-minute class. Assigned demo classes are paid separately and successful demo conversions may qualify for additional incentives.
