With security, transparency, and responsible operations at the core, INBITX aims to make digital assets more accessible for e-commerce, service platforms, digital merchants, and the wider Web3 economy.<br><strong>Role Description</strong> The Online Educational Trainer & Sales Specialist (DeFi/Decentralized Banking) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for delivering clear, engaging training sessions on DeFi concepts, decentralized banking, and INBITX products to customers, merchants, and internal teams. The specialist will design and update training materials, conduct workshops and presentations, and provide ongoing support to participants to ensure understanding and effective platform usage. Day-to-day activities include hosting educational webinars, answering product and service-related questions, guiding users through onboarding processes, and gathering feedback to improve content and user experience. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities, conduct sales-focused training, support merchant acquisition, and help drive platform adoption through informed, consultative communication.<br><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <ul><li>Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience delivering clear, engaging online and in-person training sessions.</li><li>Candidates should possess Sales Trainings and Training & Development skills, with the ability to create structured learning programs aligned with commercial objectives.</li><li>Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to explain complex DeFi concepts in accessible language and support a diverse user base.</li><li>Knowledge of DeFi, decentralized banking, cryptocurrency payments, and Web3 ecosystems is highly beneficial.</li><li>Experience in educational roles, sales enablement, or fintech/crypto industries is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Proficiency with online training tools, presentation software, and CRM or sales support platforms is an advantage.</li></ul>
