Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Online English Tutor to teach CBSE Class 12 students. The tutor should be proficient in English Core and English Elective, with a deep understanding of the CBSE syllabus and exam patterns. The ideal candidate should be able to enhance students' reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills while preparing them for board exams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live online English classes for CBSE Class 12 students.
  • Teach literature (Flamingo & Vistas) and language skills as per the CBSE syllabus.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans and provide study materials.
  • Help students improve their writing skills (essays, letters, articles, reports) and comprehension.
  • Prepare students for board exams, grammar exercises, and unseen passages.
  • Provide personalized feedback and doubt-solving sessions.
  • Conduct periodic assessments and track student progress.
  • Use online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or others) effectively for interactive teaching.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of teaching experience (online or offline) in CBSE Class 12 English.
  • Strong command over CBSE syllabus, question patterns, and board exam expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make lessons engaging.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online whiteboards.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching on online platforms (Vedantu, Byju’s, Unacademy, etc.).
  • B.Ed. or CTET qualification is a plus.
