With operations in multiple countries and decades of experience, they deliver high-quality solutions across various product lines to help customers optimize their operations and maximize production efficiency.We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager - Oil & Gas Industry to join our clients team in Delhi. This is a strategic sales leadership role focused on driving revenue growth across multiple oil and gas product lines throughout the region.Job SummaryAs National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building on a high level of product line and operational knowledge to proactively and strategically sell specialized tools, technologies, and services within the oil and gas industry. Working in alignment with the agreed sales plan, you will ensure technical expertise is provided to clients at their locations while identifying opportunities to develop cross-selling initiatives across multiple product segments.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentOwn the field sales lifecycle process and achieve annual revenue targets through strategic sales plans.Develop client-specific value propositions and propose solutions through pitches, presentations, and tender submissions.Visit customer worksites to ensure expectations are met and strengthen relationships.Technical & Product ManagementMaintain extensive knowledge across multiple oil and gas product lines.Gather technical specifications and client feedback while identifying new product/service opportunities.Monitor competitive landscape and relay market intelligence to internal stakeholders.Business ManagementDeliver positive commercial results through effective negotiation and relationship management.Identify revenue opportunities and develop strategies to address gaps.Formulate sales strategies and conduct quarterly account plan reviews.Job Requirements:Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry.At least 4 years of technical or operational experience with oil and gas equipment and services.Comprehensive knowledge of multiple oil and gas product lines.Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology platforms.Qualified candidates are invited to submit their application for consideration.
