Pradesh</p><p>Virat Scrappers is building a high-capacity End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) collection, procurement and recycling operation and is looking for an experienced professional to manage MSTC e-auctions, GeM-related activities and Government/PSU vehicle procurement opportunities.</p><p>We are looking for a professional who understands government procurement, e-auctions and vehicle disposal and can manage the complete process from identifying an opportunity to successful acquisition and vehicle lifting.</p><p>POSITION</p><p>MSTC, GeM & Government Vehicle Auction Procurement / Operations</p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ol><li>MSTC E-Auction Management</li></ol><ul><li>Monitor MSTC ELV and relevant e-auction opportunities on a daily basis.</li><li>Identify Government, PSU, Police, Municipal and institutional vehicle auctions.</li><li>Study auction catalogues, lots, reserve prices, EMD, inspection dates, auction dates and terms and conditions.</li><li>Shortlist commercially viable vehicles and lots.</li><li>Participate in authorized MSTC e-auctions.</li><li>Track H1 position, auction results, sale confirmation and payment deadlines.</li><li>Maintain a complete MSTC auction tracker.</li><li>Coordinate all activities from auction participation through vehicle lifting and closure.</li></ul><ol><li>GeM Portal</li></ol><p>The candidate must have practical working knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.</p><p>Responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Understanding the GeM procurement process.</li><li>Searching and identifying relevant government procurement opportunities.</li><li>Understanding GeM bids, tenders and Reverse Auctions.</li><li>Monitoring relevant bids and procurement requirements.</li><li>Understanding seller/service provider registration and basic compliance requirements.</li><li>Preparing and submitting bids as per applicable requirements.</li><li>Tracking bid timelines, technical requirements and commercial conditions.</li><li>Coordinating documentation required for GeM participation.</li><li>Monitoring GeM opportunities relevant to vehicle scrapping, recycling, ELV management, transportation, government vehicle disposal and related services.</li><li>Maintaining a GeM opportunity and bid tracker.</li><li>Coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial bid preparation.</li></ul><ol><li>Government & PSU Business Development</li></ol><p>Identify and develop procurement opportunities from:</p><ul><li>Central Government Departments</li><li>State Government Departments</li><li>Police Departments</li><li>Municipal Bodies</li><li>Public Sector Undertakings</li><li>Government Corporations</li><li>Banks</li><li>Insurance Companies</li><li>Government Institutions</li><li>Large Institutional and Corporate Fleets</li></ul><p>The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant departments, understanding their vehicle disposal/procurement requirements and developing professional relationships with the appropriate officials and stakeholders.</p><ol><li>Vehicle Auction Evaluation</li></ol><p>Evaluate vehicles before recommending participation in an auction.</p><p>The candidate should be able to analyse:</p><ul><li>Vehicle registration details</li><li>Make and model</li><li>Manufacturing/registration Coordination</li></ol><ul><li>Coordinate physical inspection of shortlisted vehicles.</li><li>Coordinate with Government/PSU officials and inspection locations.</li><li>Arrange photographs and videos of vehicles.</li><li>Verify vehicle details and condition.</li><li>Identify missing or damaged components.</li><li>Coordinate with the valuation and operations teams.</li><li>Prepare vehicle inspection reports.</li></ul><ol><li>Bid Calculation & Commercial Analysis</li></ol><p>Every major bid should be supported by a commercial evaluation.</p><p>Expected Recovery Value</p><p>Less:
