<p><strong>Job Title: MEP Head (GM/AGM) – Logistics Park Development</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><ul><li>Gurgaon</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p><p>The MEP Head (GM/AGM) will provide strategic leadership for the planning, design, execution, commissioning, and lifecycle management of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure across multiple Grade A Warehousing, Integrated Logistics Parks, and Industrial Infrastructure projects. The role will drive engineering excellence, sustainability initiatives, operational efficiency, cost optimisation, statutory compliance, and stakeholder management while leading high-performing MEP teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement MEP strategies, engineering standards, and best practices across multiple projects.</li><li>Lead end-to-end MEP planning from concept design through commissioning and handover.</li><li>Standardise MEP specifications, design guidelines, and project execution methodologies.</li><li>Build and mentor regional MEP teams while driving performance and technical excellence.</li></ul><p><strong>Engineering & Utility Infrastructure</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the design and execution of 11kV/33kV power distribution networks, substations, transformer yards, RMUs, HT/LT systems, fire water networks, pump rooms, water supply, drainage, and utility infrastructure.</li><li>Ensure infrastructure is scalable to support future expansion and tenant requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Electrical & Renewable Energy</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical leadership for HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, DG/Gas gensets, bus ducts, warehouse lighting, earthing, and lightning protection.</li><li>Drive renewable energy initiatives including rooftop solar projects, EPC management, structural coordination, net metering approvals, grid synchronisation, and energy performance optimisation.</li></ul><p><strong>Fire & Life Safety</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of hydrant, sprinkler, ESFR, fire alarm, and life safety systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC), Fire Department requirements, and all applicable safety regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>Water, Utilities & Sustainability</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee STP, ETP, water recycling, rainwater harvesting, stormwater management, and flood mitigation systems.</li><li>Drive ESG initiatives through energy efficiency, carbon reduction, water conservation, and Green Building/IGBC certification targets.</li></ul><p><strong>Project Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Lead contractor prequalification, tendering, techno-commercial evaluations, vendor negotiations, and procurement strategies.</li><li>Monitor project schedules, quality, risk, productivity, commissioning, and project delivery across multiple sites.</li><li>Establish project review mechanisms and ensure timely issue resolution.</li></ul><p><strong>Commercial & Cost Management</strong></p><ul><li>Own MEP budgets, BOQs, value engineering, procurement planning, cost benchmarking, and financial controls.</li><li>Review and approve contractor bills, variation orders, and commercial claims.</li><li>Drive cost optimisation without compromising quality or timelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder & Tenant Management</strong></p><ul><li>Interface with clients, consultants, architects, EPC contractors, utility authorities, and statutory agencies.</li><li>Review and approve tenant MEP designs, utility requirements, load enhancements, metering arrangements, and infrastructure integration.</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance & Risk Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with statutory approvals from Electrical Utilities, Fire Department, Pollution Control Board, and Renewable Energy authorities.</li><li>Establish governance frameworks for quality assurance, safety, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
