About the Role

Vedantu is looking for passionate educators who aspire to build a career in digital education and content creation. As a YouTube Master Teacher Trainee, you will undergo structured training to develop classroom delivery, content creation, presentation, and camera-facing skills required to become a successful YouTube educator.

This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage learners through video-based teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the YouTube Master Teacher Training Program.
  • Create and deliver engaging academic content for YouTube and digital learning platforms.
  • Conduct recorded and live teaching sessions with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Develop concept-based explanations aligned with student learning outcomes.
  • Participate in mock recordings, practice sessions, and feedback reviews.
  • Collaborate with academic and production teams to enhance content quality.
  • Learn best practices for audience engagement, content presentation, and digital teaching.
  • Continuously improve communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
  • Strong academic background with excellent conceptual understanding.

Experience

  • Prior teaching experience is preferred.
