Marketplace Performance Specialist Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce Location: G-118, Sector-63, Noida (On-site only) Experience: 35 years (Marketplace / Performance Marketing) Brand: DIRTS (under Apex Advertisers) About DIRTS DIRTS is a fast-growing D2C wellness and lifestyle brand under Apex Advertisers , creating products like Foot Alignment Socks, Barefoot Socks, TENS Massagers, Winter Socks, Gloves and more focused on pain relief, comfort and daily use. We sell actively on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces , and are now expanding into Blinkit and quick commerce . Were looking for someone who can own marketplace growth end-to-end not just make reports, but plan, execute, scale and optimize . Role Overview Were hiring a Marketplace Performance Specialist who has hands-on experience managing and scaling: Amazon & Flipkart Ads + organic Experience / exposure to Blinkit & other quick commerce platforms This is not a pure reporting or agency coordination role. You should be someone who has actually: Run and optimised campaigns Worked on listings and PDPs Planned deals, coupons, and growth strategies Taken performance responsibility (revenue, ROAS, TACoS, ranking) Brand-side experience is strongly preferred. If you are from an agency, you must have hands-on campaign control , not just made reports for clients. Key Responsibilities 1 Amazon & Flipkart Performance Plan, launch and optimise Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Display campaigns. Manage daily/weekly budgets , bids, keywords and placements to improve ROAS and TACoS . Track category ranking, share of voice, competition activity , and suggest actions. Run and manage deals, coupons, promotions and events (Sale days, Prime, BBD, etc.) . 2 Quick Commerce (Blinkit & Others) Set up and optimise listings, visibility and campaigns on Blinkit / other quick commerce platforms. Work on assortment, availability, pricing & visibility levers . Coordinate with internal team for stocks and offers . 3 PDP, Catalog & Optimization Audit and improve PDPs on Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms: Titles, bullets, descriptions A+ content / rich content Images, infographics, videos Coordinate with design/content team OR do basic changes yourself to: Improve conversion rate, clarity and brand storytelling Keep listings aligned with search behaviour & ad strategy Share clear insights & briefs on what needs to change on PDPs and why. 4 Reporting, Analysis & Insights Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports (revenue, ROAS, TACoS, ACOS, CPC, CVR, rankings, etc.). Use Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, cohort views, and trend reading. Present insights + action points , not just numbers whats working, whats not, what to test next. Suggest new experiments (keywords, creatives, bundles, pricing, placements). Youre a Great Fit If You Have 35 years of experience managing marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart) for a D2C brand or strong ecommerce brand . Have actually handled and optimised decent ad budgets and are comfortable scaling when results are proven. Can talk in terms of revenue, ROAS, TACoS, ranking, CVR , not just clicks and impressions. Are comfortable with Blinkit / quick commerce or are confident to learn it fast with your marketplace base. Have a good eye for PDP design & content you understand what a conversion-friendly listing looks like and can guide design/content to improve it. Prefer working in-house with one brand and taking ownership, instead of managing 10 clients. Are analytical and creative you can read data, but also think of new angles, creatives, offers and PDP improvements. Are comfortable working on-site at G-118, Sector-63, Noida . Nice to Have Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, or similar tools . Experience collaborating with designers and content writers for A+ / infographics / videos.
