Marketing Coordinator – Enrollment Management

Job Description: • Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing & Communications team, leadership, and departments • Support marketing and recruitment efforts through marketing materials and plans • Serve as liaison to departments, centers, institutes, development, and alumni relations • Manage the peer communications calendar • Gather and write content for printed and digital marketing materials • Provide backup support for social media and website maintenance • Create and deploy e-newsletters, announcement emails, display ads, and other digital assets • Coordinate information flow and distribution through email lists, newsletters, conference handouts, and related materials • Compile digital-effort analytics and support marketing performance reports • Develop instructional and promotional multimedia content • Support school events and liaise with the school events team • Work with external vendors for graphic design, printing, promotional materials, and marketing automation • Provide general marketing and project management support • Build and update bulk and automated marketing emails in reputed company • Create test lists and test email formatting and dynamic content • Facilitate email proofreading • Create banner ads in reputed company • Segment and upload email lists into the ESP • Create UTM tracking codes and pull campaign response metrics • Assist with email marketing standard operating procedures • Identify existing CTY content for marketing emails • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • High school diploma or graduation equivalent • Three years of related experience • Prior experience in a marketing/communications setting • Additional education may substitute for required experience under the JHU equivalency formula • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Social media or project management certifications preferred • Experience with events, media, and public relations preferred • Developing proficiency in writing, project coordination, email marketing, digital communications, content marketing, campaign management, and branding • Design experience a plus • reputed company Analytics experience a plus • reputed company experience a plus • Successful candidate must undergo a pre-employment background check • Employees must receive the seasonal flu vaccine, reputed company to religious or medical exceptions Benefits: • Total rewards package supporting health, life, career and retirement • Seasonal flu vaccine • reputed company vaccine exemptions for religious or medical reasons • Pre-employment accommodations and accessibility support • Background-check review that considers justice-involved backgrounds • reputed company arrangement Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
