Manufacturing Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive & Product Development Engineer to join our team Kirpal Auto Technocrafts. The role involves maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality of manufactured products by conducting stage-wise and final inspections

  • Monitor adherence to manufacturing processes, and quality standards.

  • Identify and resolve manufacturing issues such as:

    • Oil leakage in shock absorbers

    • Chrome finish consistency on tubes

    • Dimensional and assembly defects

    • Gearbox oil leakage

  • Handle customer complaints by investigating root causes and coordinating corrective actions with production.

  • Maintain records of inspections, rejections, complaints, and corrective actions.

  • Work with production teams to reduce defects, rework, and customer returns.

  • Lead development and improvement of new and existing products through trials, testing, and validation.

  • Coordinate with vendors to improve incoming material quality.

  • Suggest process and product improvements to enhance quality, reliability, and cost.

    Desired Skills

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality control.

  • Ability to use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Willingness to visit customers or vendors, if required.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and preparing reports.

  • It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
