We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager/ Senior Manager, HRBP Reporting to the Head of People, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai and offers great coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our business and its growth. The Manager/ Senior Manager - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. Performs HR related duties while supporting more than one functional group. Will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application, performance, and compensation management consultation; and talent management consultation. May carry out additional responsibilities to include organizational design; employee development initiatives and training.Key responsibilities:Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategyActs as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation striving to lead mutual processes to best practice statusProvides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.Accesses talent opportunities and performance gaps; oversee talent planning, talent reviews, talent development, and succession planning for assigned business groups.Manages and resolves employee relations issues and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Meaningful conflict resolution and handling employee behaviourMaintains in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.Provides HR policy guidance and interpretationWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Partners with other HR team members and acting as a point of contact and liaison with supported groups to deliver robust HR services.Aiding and advising leadership members on new hires and terminationsKey requirements: Graduate/Post graduate in Human Resources with 12 years of ExperienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion to set up and build strong HR process models.Proven work experience as an HR business partnerExcellent people management skillsAnalytical and goal orientedHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Ms Office: A candidate for this position must be proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of engaging materials, reports, presentations, and proposals for departmental heads and management, stakeholders as well as supporting personnel.Company Benefits:At our Vistra India office, we believe in putting our employees well-being first!
