Role DescriptionPartner Manager & Sourcing SpecialistWe are looking for a highly motivated sourcing specialist to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones. The sourcing specialist’s responsibilities include sourcing suppliers to contract with who can provide goods, materials, and services at competitive prices. You should be able to maintain and update the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if the existing ones are unable to meet their obligations.To be a successful sourcing specialist, you should be able to work with the relevant departments to ensure that costs remain within budget. A high-performing sourcing specialist should be able to develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance sourcing strategies.Nest-In Operates Within Three Types Of Supplier CategoriesSolution Partner (SP)Solution partners are extended sales arms of Nest-In business who help raising order book. Key responsibilities - Identification of SPs for different Nest-In segments through online & offline mediums Recruitment and onboarding of new SPs Training and development of SPs and their employees in sales and execution Increase interaction of Nest-In team with SPs by organising Partners Meet and periodic review meetings Supporting SPs in collaborating with each other and avoiding any internal conflicts Introduce schemes and policies to incentivise SP employees for excellent performance in sales and execution Assist Brand Manager in ensuring 100% compliance in use of digital tools like SFDC and MSP online Developing organisation structure of SPs in order to generate and execute high value orders Ensure legal contracting with all SPsExecution Partner (EP)Execution partners are our installation vendors who help Nest-In do installation at site. Identification of credible execution partners to cater large value orders Selection and onboarding of EP as TSL vendors by coordinating with vendor management team for creating vendor codes Making a commercial agreement for single party orders Organising review of EP to track their execution performance & develop a mechanism to evaluate them by rating them on different parameters. Training and development of EPs and their employees along with execution team Increase interaction of Nest-In team with EPs by organising Partners Meet and periodic review meetings. Supporting EPs in collaborating with each other and avoiding any internal conflictsComponent Manufacturer (CM)Component Manufacturers are our fabrication partners who help us delivering steel based finished goods, Non Steel Items like rockwool, Fibre cement board and many other materials required for construction of infrastructure. Additionally partners who offer services related to design & branding. Identification of credible component manufacturers to cater large value orders Selection and onboarding of CM as TSL vendors by coordinating with vendor management team for creating vendor codes Making a commercial agreement for single party orders Organising review of CM to track their delivery performance & develop a mechanism to evaluate them by rating them on different parameters. Training and development of CM and their employees along with execution team & Quality team Increase interaction of Nest-In team with CMs by organising Partners Meet and periodic review meetings. Supporting CMs in collaborating with each other and avoiding any internal conflicts Evaluate CM’s factory, P&L statement & identify whether the partner is suitable for getting onboardedSkills Candidate should have excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with cross-functional collaboration. Expert in MS office (PPT, Excel, Word etc) Ability to contextualize information and present data in easy-to-understand formats. Candidate should be a fast-learner and should be able to quickly and accurately grasp knowledge of Nest-In products, as well as any new products that may be launched in future. Should be able to analyse data, surveys and customer interviews to understand customer pain pointsCandidate should be fluent and have proficiency in English and Hindi. Any additional language will be an added advantage5 years of relevant experience in Vendor management & Sourcing LGSF/Prefab related industries
