THE ROLEThis is not a traditional Marketing role. We are looking for a Manager Marketing and Digital Experience with outstanding creative leadership, client relationship, and digital strategy skills to join our high-performing global team. This senior, client-facing role requires commercial acumen, creative vision, and the ability to work independently while delivering innovative marketing solutions that drive real value for SandS and its clients.This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, digital delivery, and business development. You will take ownership of SandS's marketing function, lead creative project delivery for clients, and directly contribute to revenue growth through new project acquisition.

WHAT YOU'LL DO       Lead SandS brand strategy: website, social media, campaigns, pitch decks, and all marketing collateral       Deliver client-facing design and marketing projects branding, UI/UX, web design, and digital campaigns       Build and manage the SandS design division, including workflows, quality standards, and future resourcing       Source and acquire new creative projects via Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other networks       Apply AI-driven marketing tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance       Build marketing strategies, creative briefs, and campaign plans aligned to client objectives       Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time and to standard       Identify new growth opportunities and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives       Support internal marketing and cross-functional initiatives during non-peak periods

We are looking for a creative problem solver, a strategic thinker, and a trusted brand leader.       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or related field       Postgraduate qualifications or certifications highly regarded (CIM, Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent)       Demonstrated understanding of Australian, UK, or US business and communication standards       Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, especially with Western clients       Proficient in AI-powered marketing tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, or equivalent       Strong command of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and content development across digital platforms       High emotional intelligence and resilience open to feedback and driven to grow       Self-driven, commercially minded, client-centric, and outcome-focused       Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote environment with minimal oversight

SalaryThis role offers a competitive base salary reflective of your skills, experience, and the international standard of work we deliver. Performance BonusIn addition to your base salary, this role includes a structured monthly performance bonus tied to your individual delivery and the commercial output of your project team. The bonus operates on a progressive tier framework as SandS Australia hits higher company-wide billable milestones each month, a greater percentage of your bonus is unlocked.As a Manager, you are eligible for both an individual and a team-based bonus component, with a maximum monthly bonus of INR 71,500. High performers who consistently hit both targets have the real opportunity to unlock up to 50% additional income on top of their monthly base.
TOTAL EARNINGS POTENTIAL (AT FULL PERFORMANCE)Monthly: INR 136,500 INR 181,500Annually: INR 16,38,000 INR 21,78,000(Base salary + maximum performance bonus combined) Full bonus structure and eligibility criteria are shared during the offer stage.
Work HoursThis is a remote, full-time role aligned to Australian business hours (04:00 AM 01:00 PM IST). Given the client-facing, global nature of this role, occasional work outside standard hours including weekends may be required based on project or work deadlines.
