Join us in shaping the future of logistics and discover limitless growth opportunities!</span></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li><span>Grow the business within current key strategic clients, new services for existing clients, and increase share of wallet. </span></li> <li><span>Develop teams in growing relationships with new business and sector accounts across the region. </span></li> <li><span>Meet/exceed target for New Business Revenue from existing customers. </span></li> <li><span>Targeted customer revenue and profit growth. </span></li> <li><span>Financial budget achievement including new business growth targets. </span></li> <li><span>Ensure service levels are met in line with contractual commitments. </span></li> <li><span>Manage customer contract negotiations. </span></li> <li><span>Measure and manage the overall performance of all functional partners for customers against pre-agreed performance metrics (KPIs). </span></li> <li><span>Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement & regulatory and corporate obligations. </span></li> <li><span>Establish effective relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts. </span></li> <li><span>Investigate and review key customers' supply chain needs and identify where DSC can best apply value. </span></li> <li><span>Coordinate regular interaction between DSC internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.</span></li> </ul><h2>Requirements</h2><p><span><strong><u>Experience:</u></strong> Minimum 8-10 years of experience within Logistics/3PL and/or supply chain with a significant focus and/or experience in customer management and new business acquisitions. </span></p> <p><span><strong><u>Qualification:</u></strong> Postgraduate from a recognized institution in supply chain or logistics. </span></p> <p><span><strong><u>Skills and Competencies:</u></strong> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills at all management levels. </span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead multiple divisional operations and functions within the country. </span></li> <li><span>Fluent in English (written and spoken). </span></li> </ul>
