Management Executive (Excellent Communication & Accounts)

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses applying lead generation sales methodologies.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for qualified leads passed to the sales team.
  • Promptly follow up with and qualify marketing-generated enquiries for our services.
  • Research and gather information about target SMBs and develop prospecting lists.
  • Document all activities and interactions in the CRM tool.
  • Efficiently manage prospect pipeline to produce the maximum amount of results.
  • Create and perform various outbound call campaigns around verticals, specific events, or targets in addition to ongoing primary lead generation activities.
  • Conduct web research and navigate organisations to uncover appropriate contacts.
  • Heavy phone prospecting in order to set qualified appointments. Develop this utilising a conversational approach to uncover and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack.
  • Qualify and arrange sales appointments.
  • Maintain CRM data, share best practices, continually improve processes and provide clear and consistent reporting to management.
  • Proactively manage your schedule and leads pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectives.
  • Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Freshers / 1 or 2 years of experience.
  • Qualification: Graduate with good communication skills.
  • Must have previous inside sales/lead generation B2B experience. The small business sector is a plus.
  • Meet or exceed appointment quota through phone and email-based prospecting.
  • Strong tele-qualifying, prospecting and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision-makers, and handle objections positively and professionally.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.
  • Powerful written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct extensive outbound cold calling.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
