Team members join a mission-driven environment that leverages modern technology to create secure, efficient, and scalable solutions for clients.</p><p><strong>Role Description</strong> The ManageEngine Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ManageEngine products across client environments. This role includes deploying and managing modules such as endpoint management, service desk, monitoring, and security tools, as well as performing regular updates, patches, and system health checks. The administrator will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate incident resolution while ensuring adherence to security and compliance requirements. Daily activities involve working closely with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, design workflows, create automation rules, and generate reports and dashboards that support operational visibility. The role also includes documenting configurations, contributing to best practices, and recommending improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and user experience.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Candidates should possess strong ManageEngine administration skills, including installation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of key modules (e.g., Endpoint Central, ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager).</li><li>Candidates should possess solid systems and network skills, such as Windows and Linux server administration, basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls), and monitoring and alerting configuration.</li><li>Candidates should possess IT service management and process skills, including experience with ITIL-based workflows, incident and problem management, change management, and service catalog design.</li><li>Candidates should possess scripting and automation skills using tools such as PowerShell, shell scripting, or similar languages to streamline tasks, create policies, and integrate ManageEngine with other platforms.</li><li>Candidates should possess security and compliance awareness, including patch management, endpoint security best practices, role-based access control, and audit-ready documentation.</li><li>Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.</li><li>Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, are preferred.</li><li>Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, CompTIA, or vendor-specific ManageEngine training) and prior experience</li></ul>
