Maintenance Helper QSR Restaurant Maintenance strong Location strong UAE strong Industry strong Food Beverage Quick Service Restaurants strong Employment Type strong Full-timeJob OverviewWe are looking for a reliable strong Kitchen Maintenance Helper strong to assist our maintenance team with servicing commercial kitchen equipment and maintaining restaurant facilities The role supports fryer maintenance basic plumbing electrical maintenance assistance and general repairs under the supervision of a qualified technician Key ResponsibilitiesAssist technicians with the inspection servicing and repair of strong commercial fryers oil filtration systems grills ovens hot-holding units and other kitchen equipment strong Prepare tools spare parts and materials before maintenance work and return them to the designated storage areas after use Assist with equipment dismantling cleaning and reassembly as instructed by the technician Support fryer maintenance only after equipment has been safely isolated cooled and drained as required Assist with basic plumbing tasks including replacing washers tightening fittings repairing minor leaks and clearing accessible drainage blockages Assist qualified technicians with electrical maintenance after safe isolation has been confirmed Carry out minor non-electrical repairs to handles hinges shelving and restaurant fittings as assigned Support preventive maintenance checks and promptly report leaks unusual noises damaged cables or faulty equipment Help move equipment safely using suitable handling methods and assistance where required Keep tools maintenance stores and work areas clean and organised Protect food preparation areas from dust debris and maintenance materials Assist with spare-parts stock checks and the collection or delivery of maintenance materials Follow PPE requirements site safety instructions and restaurant hygiene procedures Support maintenance visits across multiple outlets and work flexible shifts when required Candidate RequirementsBasic school education a vocational or technical course is an advantage Preferably strong 1 2 years of experience as a maintenance helper strong ideally in restaurants hotels catering facilities or building maintenance Basic knowledge of hand tools plumbing fittings and general repair activities Exposure to commercial kitchen equipment maintenance is an advantage Ability to understand basic English instructions and communicate maintenance concerns Willingness to learn follow instructions and work under supervision Ability to perform practical maintenance tasks including standing bending and safe handling of tools and materials A responsible approach to safety cleanliness and teamwork Willingness to travel between restaurant outlets and support scheduled maintenance work strong Scope of work strong The helper must not independently perform electrical fault-finding live electrical work gas repairs refrigerant handling or other specialist repairs Candidate RequirementsBasic school education; a vocational or technical course is an advantage.Preferably 1–2 years of experience as a maintenance helper, ideally in restaurants, hotels, catering facilities or building maintenance.Basic knowledge of hand tools, plumbing fittings and general repair activities.Exposure to commercial kitchen equipment maintenance is an advantage.Ability to understand basic English instructions and communicate maintenance concerns.Willingness to learn, follow instructions and work under supervision.Ability to perform practical maintenance tasks, including standing, bending and safe handling of tools and materials.A responsible approach to safety, cleanliness and teamwork.Willingness to travel between restaurant outlets and support scheduled maintenance work.Compensation & BenefitsMonthly Salary: AED 2,500.Accommodation: Company-provided.Employment Visa: Company-sponsored, valid for two years.Medical Insurance: Company-provided.Air Ticket: Provided upon successful completion of the employment contract.Driving Licence: Possession of a valid UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.
