Eligibility Criteria - Check Qualification and Experience Required

  • Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized University in India.

  • Experience: Retired officer from Courts or Tribunals or Autonomous/Statutory Organizations or Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories.

  • Experience in Protocol Duty: Two years of experience in Protocol duty in Supreme Court/ High Court/ Tribunals/ Central or State Governments/Autonomous bodies /Public Sector Undertakings.

Remuneration Details - Monthly Pay Scale and Allowances

  • Monthly Remuneration: "Last Basic Pay - Basic Pension" (excluding Dearness Allowance).

  • Transport Allowance: Fixed amount not exceeding the rate applicable at the time of retirement.

  • Incentive: For performing arduous nature of work during odd hours and holidays.

  • TA/DA on Official Tour: As per entitlement at the time of retirement.

  • Increment: No annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period.

Leave Details - Check Leave Policy During Contract Period

  • Leave of Absence: 1.5 days for each completed month of service.

  • Leave Accumulation: Not allowed beyond a calendar year.

  • 'No work no pay': Applicable for leave exceeding prescribed limit.
