In this entry‑level role, you will become an essential contributor to the Corporate and Institutional Banking Group, ensuring that government receivable payments are accurately scanned, captured, and entered into our systems. Key Responsibilities Scanning & Data Capture: Accurately scan incoming remittance documents and extract payment information following arenaflex’s standard operating procedures. Invoice Entry & Validation: Input invoice details into the lockbox system, verifying that all fields are complete, correct, and conform to established service level agreements. Transaction Reconciliation: Match scanned payments to corresponding invoices, flagging any discrepancies for further investigation. Workflow Management: Monitor daily workload, ensuring that all required materials, documentation, and system capacity are available to meet processing deadlines. Equipment Oversight: Confirm that scanners, data‑entry workstations, and related hardware are operational; report any malfunctions to the technical support team. Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic reviews of processed transactions to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with arenaflex policies. Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback on workflow efficiency, suggesting improvements that enhance productivity and reduce error rates.
