Full-time Live Events Producer Internship, working out of our studio in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time) Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi Stipend: 10,000 per month High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role after the internship. About Louder Louder is a live events and entertainment company focused on promoting art, music, and culture. We work with artists, promoters, venues, and brands to create memorable live experiences and build audiences for creative talent. Our events and artist tours span Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, and other international markets. Our mission is to promote multicultural art and cultural exchange by bringing diverse artists and experiences to global audiences. Role Overview The Booker / Event Producer Intern will assist with identifying and securing talent, developing live event strategies, and supporting the planning and execution of tours and events. The intern will also work across multiple business units within Louder including booking, production, marketing, partnerships, sales, and strategy. This provides hands-on exposure to how live entertainment businesses operate across different functions. The role involves working closely with artists, agents, venues, and internal teams to coordinate bookings, develop event plans, and manage the operational aspects of live shows. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to learn how tours, concerts, and live entertainment events are built from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Research markets, cities, and venues to identify potential touring opportunities Map artists to suitable markets and develop touring strategies Assist in drafting event business plans and marketing plans Pitch concepts and opportunities to artists, agents, and creative teams Build event budgets, capacity plans, and financial projections Coordinate artist sales points and ticketing strategy Assist with financial tracking including deposits, settlements, budgets, and event P&L Support artist negotiations and contract review Secure venue availability and negotiate basic booking terms Help develop tour itineraries, routing plans, and event calendars Assist with tour rollouts including announcements, ticketing, and marketing campaigns Coordinate event logistics including production, staffing, suppliers, and venue operations Support administrative work including contracts, invoices, and expense tracking Work with the marketing team on event promotions, digital campaigns, and audience growth strategies Assist the sales team with client outreach, follow-ups, and pitches Contribute to creative event marketing campaigns and digital content ideas Identify influencers, promoters, and partnerships to grow event attendance Research sponsorship opportunities and grant programs Contribute to development of our AI-powered event management platform Work across international time zones when required Skills & Qualifications Interest or understanding of event management, live production, or artist booking Ability to assist in building tours and identifying venues across different markets Strong research and analytical skills for market and audience evaluation Understanding of touring logistics including routing and scheduling Comfortable working with Excel and event budgets Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and AV used in live events Awareness of Indian and international music artists and entertainment trends Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to build professional relationships with artists, vendors, and promoters Interest in music, comedy, pop culture, and live entertainment .
